I like the reasons that you have given for wanting to visit our largest kauri tree Tāne Mahuta. You are right though, we need to be very careful when visiting it because of kauri dieback. Lots of work is being done to stop kauri dieback spreading. Do you have any ideas on how we can prevent it?

If you were to go and see Tāne Mahuta who would you take with you and why?

    Talk to you later,
    Izzy

  2. Greetings Iliana,

Hi my name is Mele and I am a student at Panmure Bridge School. I am apart of the Summer Learning Journey too. I completed this activity too. It was amazing to talk about our visit to the Tane Mahuta right? This DLO looks nice and creative. You are doing amazing with your digital skills. I liked it how you said that you'd like to visit the Tane Mahuta, because it's a endemic tree to NZ. If you were to visit the Tane Mahuta with someone from the SLJ team who would it be? Why?

    NICE:)
